"No Risk" Refund Policy

How does it work?

Your trial period starts when the items are delivered. Contact us within 30 days if you are not satisfied with the item and want to return.

Who do I contact for a return?

Contact us at info@klhaudio.eu providing us your order details and the reason why you’d like a refund.

We will then provide you with the appropriate returns form and return delivery details. And YES we will cover the cost of the return from anywhere in the EU or UK

How long does the refund take?

Once the refund has been issued, it can take 10 days to be reflected in your account statement. If you don’t see a refund after 10 days please do get in touch with us again so we can look into the reasons behind it at info@klhaudio.eu

Do I need to send back the packaging?

You don’t need to return the outer sleeve packaging. However, when making a return, the following items must be included in the original outer box for a refund to be given: Completed Refund Form, so we know who to send the refund to! Headphones, Soft Carry Bag, Hard Carry Case, Headphone Lead, 3.5 to 6.3 Headphone adapter. Instruction Manual. The outer box needs to be wrapped in a way to prevent damage and keep it secure in transit.

What if I didn’t buy from the KLH website?

KLH Audio Headphones bought from our retail partners or other providers are not eligible for the 30-day return. If you are considering a return, please contact them first.

Sensible things not covered

The “No Risk” return offer does not include damaged products and is for “Consumer” use, meaning an individual acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession.
